Nylon Bagging Film Generally used as the top layer of your vacuum bag application. This material comes 110 inches wide after unfolding from a 55 inch rolled width. (also called 55inch V-fold)

Release film with perforated holes on 1/2" centers for resin passage. Can be used in place of a peel ply where a smooth finish is required on a cured laminate.

Release Fabric This polyester made peel ply will leave a medium finish on your laminate. Good for secondary bonds after the peel ply is pealed off the cured laminate.

Breather/Bleeder Absorber Cloth Available in either 4oz or 7oz version Used primarily between the release film and bagging film to absorb excess resin and help to acheive an even vacuum pressure across your part. 4oz Breather is our most common breather cloth. 7oz Breather will absorb more resin and should only be used by those that have that specific need. Most fabricators only require the 4oz version.

Polyester Film Flash Tape 
This blue translucent polyester film flash tape comes in 1 inch width or 2 inch width and has a pressure sensitive adhesive backing which leaves no residue when removed. This tape is primarily used to seal seams in vacuum bags or to hold films in place but can also be used for patching pinholes in films. Thickness: .001". For use in temperatures up to 400F. 1" Width

Sil-Fusion Nylon Bag Port
The Sil-Fusion Nylon Bag Port allows the use of a reusable silicone port combined with the ability to use Tacky Tape to adhere the nylon bag with. Since the Port is silicone, resins will never stick to it and its small profile allows it to conform to just about any shape unlike the hard metal and plastic versions. These Ports are sized correctly so no clamps are needed for a vacuum tight seal around the vacuum or resin lines. These ports allow the use of inexpensive ½" HDPE or LDPE tubing. The ports can be used in vacuum infusion, pre-preg, wet lamination vacuum bagging and other techniques using a nylon vacuum bag with Tacky Tape. (Composite Concepts Inc. Patent Pending)
